I have a long history, and great comfort, using the Mailchimp platform. So when the news came that they would be parting ways with Shopify, I (like so many) started the process of figuring out what to do next. Well, with MailMunch -- I didn't need to. Rather than starting from scratch with a new service, MailMunch allows me to keep all of my existing templates -- and more importantly, my knowledge base -- and acts as a perfect conduit for keeping things running seamlessly. I'm grateful for their offering, as it allows me to spend my energies elsewhere.

does not communicate with shopify store well. I pay for it every month but only get one template to choose from but it is the worst one. would rather have tried a different email.

I use this app for pop-up, and embedded email sign up after MialChimp and Shopify ended their partnership. Liz was vary helpful in getting us setup with the embedded email sign-up and made the transition to MailMunch very easy.

easy to set up and good to use will upgrade later after the Shopify website completing a website. the app has many other features, want to start....

It is an excellent application to manage communication with your customers and to have additional profits.

WARNING: BEWARE OF SCAMMERS AND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! This company hasn't responded to me in days. They refuse to provide a refund for an app that didn't send any emails to my customers and when it did, it was extremely late. By the way, they charged me three different times in one month for NOTHING - the app didn't even work.

So easy to install. So easy to set up. So easy to use. Very happy! Will help us grow our email newsletter list in hopes to grow our business!

I hate this app, it's horrible and it is difficult to unsubscribe... I downloaded a few hours ago and it forced me to upgrade to a plan I can't afford. Not as advertised. They deduct your money same day. I hate it, don't use it. There is no free plan as advertised. So o disappointed.

i think mailchimp is a great tool for email marketing i strongly recommend it for anyone who want it

Mailchimp is very useful, specially for starters. Easy to download and set up. I cant wait to have my mail list and start using it.

The popup form on entry and exit is an excellent tool. Very easy to setup, and very effective in capturing user's emails. This app makes mailchimp so much better.
