UPDATE 12/10/2020 - We have 3 major open issues and Lumise/Nitro Apps does not respond (Daniel or Jade). We can see they read our chat messages. We send them by email and through Shopify also. Customer service is worse than any other app. They are in Vietnam. We have a Philippines app and they respond in 4-10 minutes no matter what time it is there and they fix things right away. Needs improvement: (1) Jade and Daniel are in Vietnam (12 hour time difference) and have no USA support hours. It takes time to get answers. (2) When they need to look into it they say 'please wait' but do not follow up proactively. (3) The app does not take the product weight; we have calculated shipping and this makes us lose money. They say it is not possible technically because the checkout goes through the app. (4) Some of our fonts are cut off and we are waiting for a response that they have fixed it. (4) Need more set up documentation so not so many questions need to be asked.

I love the app...many features to use. Most of all the people at Lumise are always helpful. Helen and Jade have been great. Jade just setup all my Lumise products with a customize button only. Thank you Jade!!!!

This app can meet my needs and the support from lumise team is so greatful and helpful. But it would be better if it can be upgraded regularly

This is a great app and i find it worked very well with my DIY website. Customer service is excellent and you get feed back within few minutes. Great app and great services.

The support offered by Lumise has been terrible. They'll take weeks to respond to a message and not even suggest a solution. You can't use this app if you pull shipping rates from products. You'll run into an error. The app "looks clean" but once you start using it you realize that it was built poorly and not usable.

Suburbia Style : Wanted to use app for a extra service for my clothing site. The support is great Jade was quick i had a problem with doing the code and jade installed the code for me and the app is easy to use and setup app 5 stars support - 5 stars for the app.Support is Quick and Responsive. Definitely Recommend. ------------------------- New update 9/11/2020 Was going to close my store and so deleted the app then changed my mind as this app would be a great help for my business,so i re-installed and need help with the code,support was very responsive, hands up to Sarah as she responded quickly and it was all done in about 10 minutes, Support is over the top in response and top app 10/10 for support still definitely Recommend

Truly an amazing app, with incredible support that responds in a timely and helpful manner. Highly highly recommend this app to anyone focusing on personalized / customized products.

The app and Lumise support is great. I compered Lumise with other solutions on the market and it's the best. I use it for my print on demand store with apparel and defintly will use it for other projects.

Using Lumise to customize products.. support is super helpful and fast!! Only thing on my wish list is the ability to apply coupon codes.

Lumise POD has met all of our requirements for creating custom options for our customers. The support has been excellent, Jade was able to tweak our designer options and pointed me in the right direction for how to learn how to make changes. I learned a lot just in the short time Jade was helping me!

Jade was a great help, and answered all my questions, the app was not what I was looking for, however if you are looking for a POD design tool, I would highly recommend Lumise.

Great Support and Great App! I was not aware of the app feature very well. but they trained me amazingly with details. I've tried many apps on Shopify but this one is really reliable and easy to use with strong features. Thank you Lumise team :) 5 star for the app 5 star for support & support from JADE is tremendous!! I was a little confused and she helped me a lot :)

I tried several apps and I've finally found the most functional and user friendly app!! I have nothing but great things to say about Lumise's support team. Jade has been fantastic and super patient to all our requests.

App is really great! Many possibilities with the control panel and the support is very fast and really friendly. Jade was very helpful today :)

Customize the first choice, don't waste time using other things, modernized use of the front end greatly improves sales, Simple installation and save time. The most important thing is to provide support.

Product is OK but missing a lot of serious features. 1.The cart does not go through Shopify so can't do any discount codes. 2. The cart does not work with other products in your Shopify store so if someone adds a product in Lumise they won't be able to add it another product that's not Lumise based. Very confusing for the customer 3. The print files are saved on Lumise's servers and there's no way to download the files without going through their servers. For customers that already have a whole fulfillment system set up, this is very problematic. We would want the production images to be saved on the Shopify servers or even emailed to us. Would love to try Lumise again in a few months once the above is fixed and change my review to 5 stars. Right now it's missing too many features to be reliably used.

First class support from Helen. I am working on this app on our development website and so far I have been very impressed. I had to hide a few small elements from the front end using css, but on the whole it's been incredibly easy to setup, and has a very intuitive and easy to use front end that I know our customers will love. Looking forward to going live with this.
