Great loyalty app! Really easy to use, great design and very useful in preventing people from using both a discount code and loyalty points for the same transaction given that loyalty points must be redeemed for a discount code prior to checkout. Did I mention that they provide amazing service? I highly recommend this app for any store looking to implement a loyalty program.

Where to start had a problem with some rewards not deleting and I figured how much can their chat help work. Was I wrong the smoothest customer service help ever! An agent named (Anthony) Kudos! Helped me out. Presented my problem to the agent and he executed quickly and very competent. Very happy to do business with this company!

I love how the team takes notice of what you are running in your store. I have an event that will be rewarding shoppers with double the point on the day of purchase. Plan to do it manually as the previous version do not have such function. But S Loyalty team, Anthony, caught notice of my event and wrote to me suggesting to upgrade my apps. With the new upgrades, I was able to set the double rewards point campaign at ease. No hassle of manually adding the point after customer make a purchase. I love this app. It has what i need as of now and they are still developing more features that i am certainly very interested in using them. Thumbs up to the team!
