Reviews for Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

The best review app at shopify. i installed every app out there and tried them for (4-5 times atleast) As i got a custom theme i was looking for something different and a support team to help me set things. I even asked in the community for best review app with loaded features. Today i gave LOOX a try. and in less than 1 hour without even any of there support teams support i installed it as per my need. its an awesome app, fast, simple and great support wiki. and its FREE. { I got few suggestions for you guys, dont forget to check my mail :D }

I love the app and I love that customers can see my product in "real" pictures before buying. The support has been phenomenal as I needed all of my reviews migrated to a new site. I'm very pleased that I made the switch to Loox a couple of months ago.

Just recently installed to our new store and already its helping us get reviews on many of our products and help. Definitely would recommend anyone to install this app to there shopify store.

Very nice app! comprehensive guide and easy to use

Very good app and easy to install and set proper location for the review section to appear on collection page and product page. We had a small problem also and sent an email to the support, and it was fixed really within minutes. Recommend this app for your review sections.

Just installed the app a couple of days ago after investigating a variety of other product reviews apps on Shopify. Yoni was quick to email me back on a Sunday when I had a question and completed helped me out with updating all our previous customer reviews the same day. Emails are set to backdate to our customers in the hopes that we can get more reviews. This automated email system just freed up an extra hour for me everyday. We got our first review 3 days after we installed it. Very happy.

Love that app, recently switched from shopify reviews were recently had almost 200 . Wanted something more, and easier to reach customers for reviews without having to personally email them . So gave Loox a try installed it sunday when we switched themes and absolutely love it . Sends out a email requesting reviews on the products ordered 7 days after shipping confirmation. After setting everything up emails were sent to previous customer from the last 90s days for to review it went out 24 hours after installing and already have almost 100 reviews submitted in one day and many with pictures . Im glad we switch its definitely a upgrade from shopify payments .

The loox team is amazing. We now have tons of reviews WITH photos now! And they are displayed beautifully with the star rating. The support team responds immediately. They worked hard to make sure that google recognized our star rating and displayed it in search results. They also helped us to make sure that the reviews looked great on our site to our specifications. Installed a few days ago and have 7 reviews so far, had the shopify app installed for about 1 month and received no reviews. awesome. for some reason i'm not able to click on the stars and have it take me to the reviews in the reviews tab, it would also be great of they could add verifiable buyer script.

My store is not live yet, but reading all the reviews for this App I decided to give it a try. Just installed it, and played around for a minute, and it looks really great.

My store isn't operational as of yet but I just tested out this app and I am so in love! The reviews locate themselves in a more convenient place on the product page than other apps I've tried. It also doesn't add the star rating to the item in my collections page which I also love. Other apps have done this and it clutters the page when customers are trying to browse. Also, the fact that you can email an offer in return for a review is a great feature. Plus the addition of a photo to the review is absolutely perfect! As one other user commented however, I do wish we could add out own branding to the email so that it looks cohesive with other emails from us.

This is an amazing review app. I love the look and feel of it on product pages. I recently migrated from Woocommerce and this app is better than any review app I've used there. The tech support is also great. They are very responsive and will help you with what ever you need. I definitely would recommend this app.

We are running a retail and wholesale online business related about acrylic clutch and shoes, we really want to engage with our customers by reviews, this company just provide what we exactly want, customers can uploate their image on it, also this can be recorded by Google search engine, they automatcially send review require email to customers, I never expect any customer will write reviews to us, but a week ago, we start got a lot of reviews with their pictures, I am sooo happy about that, excpet this, when you ask for helping, this company answer me and solve my problem in seconds, I couldn't believe I am using a free apps and get so wonderful features and customer service!

Great app to have for your shop.

I love that this app allows customers to post their own photos. This feature is especially important to a clothing store like mine. Customer support is beyond awesome. Moran has personally added new features to the app and embedded them for me (I'm a coding noob). Definitely try it out! You won't regret it.

I installed this 2 days ago and in 2 days it has collected more reviews from me than YOPTO has in 2 months. So that is a major plus. Somethings that need improvement/features that would be helpful: 1. Ability to see/preview the email that gets sent and add branding (like logo etc) right now you can tell the app the text you want in the email, but cannot see the email, edit the subject, add logo etc. 2. Page in app to view and moderate all of the reviews that have been submitted. 3. Ability to respond to a review. So far though very happy with the response given that had the other review system did not get as many reviews sent as I have with LOOX so far. I also like that it lets people comment on the fit/size etc, which is specific to fashion/apparel. I also like that users can attached photos (but it is not required) and that incentives can be offered to encourage feedback.

Absolutely awesome application! MUST HAVE in every online store! 5-Star customer service!!!

This was easy to install and seems like it will be very useful once I get enough customers to actually begin leaving reviews.
