Love this app! Works beautifully! Thank you!

Only installed today after deciding to leave Yotpo due to ridiculous new pricing structure for anything beyond basic offering, but the service so far has been amazing with all my previous reviews already having been imported by Support within an hour of installing. Setup was ridiculously easy and user-friendly. Can't wait to start collecting photos with my reviews which I'm sure will help my kidswear company loads in the coming months and years. Fingers crossed my excellent first impression continues with further use! Update: Been using for a few months - receiving very few photo reviews, but still an excellent app.

We're loving this pop over at www.waist-trainer.uk, intergrates seamlessly with our store front. Had to contact support to tweak positioning slightly on the product page and they had it sorted in a jiffy. Would recommend

We have been using yotpo app for the past one year and it was too expensive to just collect reviews. We decided to move to Loox and we love it!! Our customers do respond to the review emails that Loox sends out and have thanks us for the ease of review writing. Three things that are missing in Loox: 1. Having the ability to bulk import the reviews ourselves into the loox dashboard. 2. Having the ability to delete reviews and not just hide them. 3. Reviews seal with the number of verified purchase on it. YOTPO (paid plans only) and KUDOBUZZ (free plan) has it. It's also time for Loox to have one for all plans. An excellent review app that's easy to use. Customer support during setup was fantastic! They went out of their way to help us figure out how to import our old reviews from outside of Shopify, clearly answered all our our (endless) questions about installation and functionality, and I've noticed that many of the extra customization features that I had initially requested have been implemented into the app in the past three months since we've been started using it. We selected Loox primarily for the consolidated review page feature. It looks great and works well, integrating with our Minimalist theme with very little additional customization. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this app especially for the support from the support team. I hit a roadblock and the support team was very quick to sort it for me. What surprised me was that they took time to work on New Year's day to sort it for me. Keep up the good work guys. cheers!
