Great app! Easy and intuitive to get up and running, and had reviews coming in the first day. I had some questions about installing the widgets I wanted on my theme and Molly from customer service gave us quick and amazing support! Thank you!

Loox app is quite good and easy to use. Due to the country where my store is located, I experienced an issue with playing videos in video reviews. However, Sara from the technical support team quickly resolved the problem. It’s a successful app with excellent customer support—I’m very satisfied and will continue to be a subscriber.

They overcharge you and have no way to downgrade for smaller shops. The Loox subscription costs more than the shopify subscription Hey, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
