We will now use this app for customer retention. It does everything we need it to do. Practice will show whether our customers accept it. A very, very big compliment to the support team, who helped me with some of the setup settings almost in real time, so to speak. This support is unique - thank you very much.

Best Loyalty app I've tested so far! Displays potential points on Product Pages! Great customer service. I'm very happy.

So far, the interface is easy to use and make quick edits. After playing with the free plan for a few hours, I'm considering a paid plan as I like how simple the app is, and what other features are included, like adding a free product to be redeemed using a points system. I'll have an updated review once I start a paid plan.

Best loyalty app ever. Loloyal can support custom font in free plan and support team was so kind and quick. The app is good, the functionality is great and admin is easy to work with

Just started with the app, but seems to do all I want it to so far. Had great help from Kim at the customer chat and resolved in no time.
