This is the best loyalty and rewards app when you're just starting. These guys give you almost all the features for up to 50 orders per month - FOR FREE!!! This is crucial when you're on a budget and just starting. After crossing 50 orders a month, hell yeah we'll pay!!! On top of that, their live chat support was there within a minute and I got all the answers I needed super fast. Highly recommend 100%!!!

**EDITED review after using for 11 months: App has a lot of helpful features but their event planning feature doesn't work. It shows prematurely on the customers end and deceives them into thinking they're getting a point boost (when in fact, it's not live yet). After checkout, the points they receive is the normal point amount and not the future event boosted total. I think customers might think that's deceptive. You can plan point boost events but you would have to pause and activate them before it starts. I spoke to customer service that that's what she told me to do and thanked me for the feedback. The new pop up feature also doesn't work. I set up this app in about a day and spoke to a couple different customer reps, they were all very nice and helpful. They guided me through set up and helped with a small customization where I needed the arrow color changed. I like that this app can reward points for subscribing to the newsletter and product reviews (with Judge.me integration).

Excellent Experience The implementation of the system went smoothly. The menu is intuitively designed and very clear. The integration looks truly outstanding and is crafted with a high level of professionalism. We are eagerly anticipating our customers' reactions to our loyalty program. What we appreciated the most was the warm welcome from the support team. We had a very pleasant interaction with Nova, who not only answered our beginner questions but also provided numerous helpful tips - and that with an unmatched response time. For example, we didn’t know that expected points could be displayed next to the price, offering our customers complete transparency in point collection. We think that’s fantastic, and thanks to Nova, we were able to integrate this feature right away. Overall, we are very satisfied so far and look forward to seeing how the program evolves.

Great! The functions are very complete and everything is included. The free plan has all the basic functions and is completely suitable for novice store owners. The cost of the paid plan is basically positively correlated with the store's income, so it won't feel too heavy a burden.
