This app is a great idea.Well thought out in presentation with details like a beautify filter. However, set up was very problematic and I am not a newbie to online selling or installing Shopify apps. Support was very nice and tried to be helpful, but there is a 12 hour time difference between India and PDT and they don't work on weekends. You will need the 2 week trial period because there is a lot of waiting for help. Set up was not easy. The companion host app that works on your phone to broadcast the live is not compatible with iPhone16. It is not compatible with iPad. There are not enough easy to understand instructions or videos available to help you trouble shoot on your own. Channelize.io, you need "how to install for dummies" videos with step-by-step instructions illustrated as one goes through installation showing what everything looks like and will look like. The AI help chat on the dashboard is completely useless. I am super disappointed and hope in the future that these issues will be addressed as I would love to try again. You have a great idea, but it needs some serious fine tuning.

A fantastic alternative to the costly live shopping apps currently on the market! We used Channelize to launch a new product line with our community and it was a success. If you're looking to sell live on your website and are on the fence about this app, then don't hesitate to try it. This app was suggested by a friend, and I'm glad that I've installed it. The customers love it and I'm still able to cast to Facebook, YouTube and Instagram simultaneously! The team is very attentive and will gladly help you set it up; for our website it was a breeze.

Have used the app for two live shopping shows so far, can absolutely say I am impressed. Integrates nicely with my website, easy for customers to purchase and to interact with me whilst I am live. I would definitely recommend the app. I am currently using the starter package, I will be trialing the pro package to test the simulcast feature - interested to see how this impacts views etc. I can see this app being integral in growing my audience and my connection with customers. We have been using the channelize app for 4 live shows now and we at the Kleva Range are amazed at how easy to use and smooth the platform is. The quality vision that comes out of the app is very very clear. There is basically no lag time between the live vision and the broadcasted feed when using the host app which is amazing compared to a lot of other platforms.
