Great customer support, Michael is just great! He help me a lot in personalize the app for being more mobile friendly.

The app gets pretty pricey once you start bringing in a lot of revenue as they take a percentage of the sales that the app generates for you. That being said, there isn't a better app on the market for what we use it for. It gives great targeted recommendations, and the support has been really good when we need any help. Cross selling individual products is also a breeze, which was the main reason we got this app in the first place. All the extra widgets it has are just a bonus. We have used this app for a couple years now and have been fully satisfied.

We're using this app to cross-sell and upsell products. Since the site isn't quite ready yet, I can't report on how much money it's made us, but the support is fantastic and the app is working as advertised. Definitely worth a try!

I SAVED more than $700 per month being charged with this app for my two Shopify stores by REMOVING this app. What I did? 1. Install theme with built it features of recently viewed, you may like it. 2. Install frequently bought together app for $6.99 per month. That's it! I saw negative feedback last august 18, 2019 questioning why this app is charging so much where we can get it by free or for a very cheap price. AND he's RIGHT! I posted negative feedback because I wasted a lot of money using this app for months! P.S. My revenue didn't drop. I'm getting the same revenue or even better. .

Love the app! Easy to implement and edit the product recommendations. The tracking is really useful to see the results and such. Customer support is really helpful when I have questions, prompt answers as well!

This app has been great for Darkest Fox! We use it to group products are part of the same collection that go perfectly with each other, showcase what's currently trending on our website, and remind our users which products they've recently viewed! This is an excellent personalization app, and the customer service/technical support has been fast and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Manual service is good, but product recommendations can't directly let me add/remove products or sort

Really don't believe the 4.9* review... I suggest you click on the 1* ratings and read through before you make a judgement on whether this will genuinely increase revenue or not. I would have give you 2* because the support is good and you do try your best however: 1. I have uninstalled and all these carousels will not leave my site 2. that same bug still exists that I have reported numerous times 3. you can get a 'view recent product carousel' for free, or at least very cheaply, which will essentially do the same thing 4. you can get a cross sell app for free which I believe is bette rthan your super clunky and confusing one. It COULD be a really good app, if: a) you weren't greedy on pricing b) it wasn't buggy NOW I WOULD BE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL IF ONE OF THE DEVS WOULD PLEASE GET IN TOUCH AND REMOVE ALL THIS LIMESPOT JUNK OFF MY WEBSITE AS A PRIORITY!!!

Prompt responses when messaging. Easy to set up. Looks good on my site. It integrates well to my site. It looks professional.

This app is the backbone of my store. Before finding this app, I made number of collections like "trending now", "Related Products" ,"Recently added" and then adding products in all these collections was the cumbersome job. Then, I found this app and found that it does all the work automatically. It not only saved alot of time but it also enhanced the look of my store. The service is awesome. In my case, I wanted to place the widgets at appropriate place and being unaware of the technicalities, I was unable to do it. Support was given to me by Michael and the Service is so awesome. Thanks alot
