Liked the app and the support team. The app is easy to install, not very complicated to manage and we got very good and prompt support on all the issues we had so far and with all the questions we had about how to set and adjust the app. I must say that first when the app was installed on our theme it cased some JS scripts to stop working (ex. the additional picture gallery was not showing, the images on the variants was stopped displaying and the auto loading of pages stopped working). But the support team solved these issues and, hopefully, sent these errors to devs to make improvements to the langify app.

AMAZING APP! It does everything it promises. You easily add languages and inserts the translations you wish for each language. I use this app I two stores with 2 languages and it works flawlessly. But the best thing is definitely the customer service! Those guys don't sleep! Literally. They reply within 20-30 minutes anytime of the day (and even night), and solve any problems that can come up.

I used Langify to translate my entire website. It was very easy overall. Much of it was customized, so I ran into a little trouble finding where the specific areas were located, but minutes after I used the support tab and sent my inquiry (which was very late at night), I received precise information and step by step info. I managed to get in there and do it quickly! Super support at all times and very professional. These people know what they are doing and know how to communicate even if you aren't a developer yourself. EXCELLENT! Highly recommend Langify. Easy and great support. What more do we want!

Not a cheap app but it works well. Reasonably easy to set up and use. When I have been stuck and don't know what to do or encounter a problem where something isn't working properly, the support team are usually very quick to respond and help with instructions or fix any problem.

I am extremely happy with the langify app and the support that I am being offered, it is pretty intuitive. It only becomes a little more complicated to manage when it comes to the customizations we made to the theme we use, and notifications but other than that the Langify team are always there to assist and solve any mistakes we make. Amazing and easy to install, the Support team is Grade A+. very helpful and fast. definitely a recommended app to translate your website.

For now we are testing the app for our Shopify Localization Projects. The most useful function is that you can download the content in various formats, such as xliff which is a very common bilingual format for translation tools. Also from the very first moment, we have encountered a problem. Our language switcher did not work because of a conflict between our theme and the app. The Support Team kindly helped us very quickly even it was around 5 pm UK time on Friday. I will update my comments after digging in a little more.

After 2 years, we continue to be incredibly happy with Langify. Seriously some of the best customer service we have received from any of our apps – always available to make sure our store is running smoothly in both languages. Highly recommend!

I would like to highlight the outstanding support you experience with Langify. You get immediate help and the support is even beyond they are committed to. Since we are currently testing the app only a couple of days I can say that for now the app totally does what it pretends to do. This app is super helpful for those who would like to provide their stores content in different languages without maintaining multiple stores. Highly recommended.

This app messed up my whole shop, i have to close it now. The support wanted to help and remove the code completely, now the shop is even worse and I got charged again for the app. If you install it, there's no way back!

This app is really a necessity for multiple languages. If the app would include from the start some basic translations, it would save a lot of time and it would even better justify the substantial monthly costs. For the design of the language switcher, I had to get back a multiple of time to the support team, but the team is absolute world champion: very fast answer and problem solved nicely. 5 stars for this amazing support team!

Very bad, let my shop mess up.Make my interface messy and hard to recover.I used this app, which caused my shopify shop interface to be confused.

We use this app for two stores we operate and we are really happy with it! The app does exactly what is says it does, and it allows you to customise text and images for the different languages. More importantly, we cannot write a review for Langify without mentioning their amazing customer service! We not too tech savy and reached out their team to assist us with the placement of the language switcher and other things, and they literally reply within minutes and all problems solved in less than 30 minutes! That's almost unheard of. Highly recommended app!

I have tried several multilanguage plugins and Langify has surpassed all of them. I have been able to manually translate the whole web very easily. And in the only problem I had, I contacted with his team and they immediately answered me. They helped me to have his plugin running to 100%.

What about .. I had some difficulties in the installation but the support was extremely patient and super effective! Thanks, great application and a support nothing short of fantastic!

Great app and even greater support. Easy to use and the result is very precise. All in all highly recommended if you want to have multilingual shop with just a little effort.
