I just wanted to shout out Hana for her incredible support! :) I’m totally new to Klaviyo, and setting up a flow seemed a bit daunting. But Hana really went above and beyond to make sure I’d get it right. She actually made a video to walk me through the setup step-by-step, and her explanations were super clear. She even added screenshots and more guidance in the chat, which made everything so easy to follow—especially for someone like me who’s just starting out. Careful this seems to be the app that scammers love to use. I fell victim to a scam that costed me 55$. Listen I just wanted hope for my store and they came along and now that's money out of my account

This app turned all of my shopify customers into subscribers. Illegal. I have no way to un do the damage done to my customer list that took me 6 months to build.

I want to cancel the $15 SMS package but when I do it myself the system cancels everything including my emails even though it is the SMS that I want to cancel. Weronika says that they cannot cancel this service on their side that I no longer want. IT LOOKS LIKE A HOSTAGE TAKING
