Just started using this app - Seems to be working out just great, and the support is quick and very nice :-) It has a lot of awesome features

While there is a bit of learning curve to understand how to set everything up - once done - the app is a great value - esp compared to other review apps out there! The customer service was stellar, quick and responsive! Now hoping that it will be game changer for us in terms of getting reviews!

great app, many options, and excellent customer support. it was easy to install the reviews from my old app as well.

I am just starting the migration from live in-person shows to online with Shopify. I am a tech dinosaur and never had to collect reviews before. I spent time researching the best free app to get me started until after launch and a few sales. I wanted something simple to use but that would allow for media uploads with the reviews. I also wanted reviews that could be more testimonial based than product based since my works are mostly one of a kind. I decided on the Judge.me free plan. Installation took mere seconds! Looks like everything installed automatically and perfectly on my free Shopify 2.0 theme (I use the Studio theme which is a good one for artists). The Judge.me resources look amazing. I especially LOVE their superb email templates, which I plan to use to garner reviews from current clients. I'm really excited about this app and look forward to working with the Judge.me team as I need assistance.

I just installed it and customer support was amazing. Now I need to configure it. I just switched from opinew. The import process went smoothly.
