absolutely love it so far. The support is top notch and immediately available. I switched from Stamped.io and Judge.me is a fraction of the cost with even more features. I love it!

Great review app and very fast and supportive customer service. I do wish there was more customization for the review widget, but it does have a lot to offer

I love how easy it is to set up and for customers to leave a review. The review templates are very nice and adjustable. When I had an issue, the customer support team was very responsive and helped me figure it out. Very happy with this app.

He comenzado a utilizar en mi tienda nueva la aplicación con el plan gratuito y tenía problemas para hacer ver las reseñas en el producto y en la página de inicio y catálogo y también borrar unas estrellas de otra aplicación que no podía borrrar, el servicio al cliente de Judge.mi, me ha resuelto de forma magnifica todos estos problemillas y le doy una puntuación de 10, muchas gracias, pienso en hacer upgrave muy pronto.. I have started to use the application with the free plan in my new store and I had problems to see the reviews on the product and on the home page and catalog and also delete some stars from another application that I could not delete, the customer service from Judge.mi, it has solved all these problems magnificently and I give it a score of 10, thank you very much, I plan to do upgrave very soon..

Great app, easy to use. I could easily import my old reviews. And the support team is so fast and nice if there is any problem.

The app was easy to set up and so far flows well with Shopify platform. Customer service was excellent helping me with my specific questions and resolved them very well. My only suggestion would be to gather some data about customers choosing the star rating and mixing up 1 and 5. We have had some customers communicate that they mixed up the rating because they found the layout of the stars to be confusing. I know this is a choice of the business owner but I frankly wasn’t sure which to choose because they were both not great. Would like to suggest that you present the choices like this: 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2 ⭐️⭐️ 1 ⭐️ Much easier visual. Says the customer can go back to email and fix it but they weren’t able to so it’s highly disappointing when the written comment is highly complimentary but the star rating is off. I understand that you can’t control someone pressing buttons but your star ratings and visuals/graphic choices are not clear. They look like a number line not a rating scale. Other than that issue, I am highly satisfied.

Switched from Stamped to Judge.me as I was tired of the review request limitations that Stamped had. Judge.me is great and very customizable which I like. They also have great customer service, Mbarek was able to help me customize my "all reviews" widget for my cart page, which would have cost me at least $50 if I had to hire a coder to do it.
