can't believe their response was so fast...I needed help with my review carousel settings and I submitted a query, within 30 sec they responded and in the next minute the problem was solved... an amazing experience...thanks...I hope they'll keep this kinda effort in the future as well

Great experience and great support thus far - very helpful. Always accommodating through chat and can help troubleshoot. The only suggestion is to increase the options for customization of the review area.

Good customer support! They are fast and competent in helping out. Although the minimum 100 characters for this review is a bit anoying, so I added this sentence so it would let me submit it and now I am at 222 characters.

They reply within seconds and they will solve any issues or answer any questions you might have regarding the Judge.me app. They even helped me to adjust code on my store to customise the look of the review widget. Used the app to add reviews to my store. Ran into an issue on where the reviews were placed on my product page, messaged the support through the app and they responded in seconds. Fixed my issue in like 3 min haha

This app is very customizable. They have customer service available all the time to chat. It is currently 9:00 pm in Oregon and Thanh helped me customize my review emails. Their customer service is amazing. I have not had any issues with the app. It was easy to activate and customize. I appreciate the help from Thanh and previously I received some help from Juan. You guys are awesome! Update: Been using this app for months and have not had any issues. Christian helped me when transferring to a new theme and everything went smoothly. Great app!
