Works well, however I do find the backend messy and tricky to work in. The support team is really helpful with edits to the look and feel, as well as solving bugs.

Judge.me has been a wonderful addition to our store. The installation was easy and the app looks good on the site. It's customisable so it's where we want it. Behind the scenes also very easy to use, including setting up review requests, templates and automations. Their customer service is absolutely great. They always seem to be online and all of my questions get answered literally within minutes of me asking. Very very happy!

We love JudgeMe. Necessary for all new or existing Shopify stores! Highly recommend for any store owner or developer to install.

Needed assistance with removing the widget from specific pages, was told it wasn't possible BUT Gena swooped in and saved the day with more than timely responses and assistance provided. Above and Beyond!

I loved the app since the beginning. You can edit the design with your own CSS if needed too. And the customer support is really amazing and fast! 5/5, really recommended app!

This app, thanks to it's automatic pushing to social has helped us grow our business by +400% two years in a row. Simple to use and a smooth experience with the all the widgets. Would be nice if it was possible to change the stars design (a sharper look had been more suitable with our store design)

Cette application est très complète, et aussi très paramétrable, ce qui est super. Le service client est très rapide et facilitant, ils font vraiment du bon boulot. La version payante est très complète également pour un prix meilleur que la concurrence par rapport aux fonctionnalités. Un bémol quand même sur les mails de demande d'avis qui ne sont pas modernes en terme de design et manques de praticités d'évaluations pour le clients pour évaluer plusieurs produits facilement et rapidement, j'attends avec hâte qu'ils se mettent à jour là dessus et cette appli sera au top.

It's easy to see why this app has 5 stars. So much customization for a fraction of the cost of other apps like Loox - it's a real winner. I had an issue where we updated our Shopify theme and reviews stopped pulling through so I contacted support. They responded in under 60 seconds and resolved the issue in literally three minutes....incredible.

Gena was very helpful. She immediately replied to my support requests whenever I had any. Her responses were all very solution-oriented and she has helped solving the issues before I could even wink. Thank you :-)

I am using this app to import/edit/organize the reviews on my shop. The product is fantastic and very versatile not to mention the out of this world immediate customer support! These guys know what they're doing and highly recommend!

Lam (in Vietnam) is the only reason why I am still using this app and why I am leaving a 5 star review. I was about to cancel my plan and leave this app with the lack of support from other agents. I spoke to 5 agents and Lam was the only one who went above and beyond to help me. He got on a zoom call to walk me through setting up the app! This app is very confusing to navigate for UI. Thank you Lam for your patience and for even staying on the call longer than most would. You are a rockstar and deserve to be recognized!

Mooie en goede app voor shopify. Reviews werken erg goed. De klantenservice is ook erg top! Ik wilde de widget verplaatsen maar wist niet hoe, via de chat was het in een paar tellen geregeld, geweldig.
