Back to back asking for customer support and got a reply within 1-2 mins! They provided me with how to do what I needed and did it for me! Can't beat that!

Within 20 minutes of setting up the app I knew this was the one I'd go with. The price, is awesome. The look, is awesome. And the customer service is fabulous. There's no... "oh sorry go find a developer..." answer for semi-simple tasks. Integrates with Klaviyo in one click. I can reward my customers for reviews with discounts through Klaviyo. They're great. They are the best. Looking forward to finally having reviews, with photos, on the store.

We used the free app for a while a recently upgraded to the paid. I love the simplicity and many features of this app and how easy it is to use and set up. I did need some help with the carousel and their support helped me right away. Also, we even received orders from the judge.me review store and we don't even have it set up yet! Great app - highly recommend!

I'm not a huge fan of coding. When I found out I didn't like the placement of the reviews on my landing page I dreaded trying to figure it out. I reached out to customer support to see if there was an easy fix and there was! Hakima pointed me in the right direction for how to fix the location and shared an easy to follow how to without any coding necessary. Thank you!
