Love this app, very easy to use . When I needed help customer service was very fast and very responsive.

Joseph was so very helpful with my request. It took less than 5 minutes for something I'd been searching for for days... Thank you so much for your support.

This app is amazing. But what was even better was the customer service. I didn't even have to reach out for help! An agent was available and ready and came to me to see if I needed anything. They were so helpful. They answered all of my questions and sent available links and help sites. They even helped me install certain elements. Exceptional service! As far as the app goes, it seems very simple and easy to use. It comes with so many options in the settings. You can really customize and make the app work for you and your business!

Your customer support is fabulous. Very patient and kind. My only wish would be that the review emails had a little more flexibility. I wanted to get rid of the "review title" and it is not possible. Other than that I would highly recommend JudgeMe.

I have been using this app for years! Nothing beats it. So easy to use. I do wish it was a little less expensive to upgrade, but other than that, it's amazing.

We love that our customers are leaving reviews for us and for other customers to see. It certainly adds credibility to our product line. I have found that their customer service has been super responsive in adding widgets to my store, so the reviews show up where I want them.
