It would be 5 stars if the API would accept video urls! Otherwise it's been pretty good.

Their support is always stellar! Great communication and they'll even hop in there to adjust theme settings. I switched from Stamped because their prices were lower and their support way above and beyond competition.

Tasnim was absolutely fantastic. There were issues with my review carousal as it was overflowing far too much. She fixed it. Then I asked her to help me with The review headers and sizes. Then I requested her again to make more changes to get it exactly the way I wanted. She was kind and patient to fulfill each ask from me. Best customer service ever!

Been using the app since it launched many years ago. Has always been brilliant and support/app development has always been superb. Highly recommended.

The support team is great! I ran into an issue getting the widget to appear on my website. I reached out and they responded quickly and had my issue resolved by the next day. So many developers these days have lousy support. Not these guys. They were great!

We recently started using Judge.me and we're very happy with the features. We also had to ask for support in importing our reviews from a previous app and the support was exceptional.
