Yesterday, I faced an issue with the Judge.me app on my store. Their team not only responded instantly, but they also accessed my store via collaborator access and fixed the problem themselves — all within an incredibly short time. Nach einer Theme-Umstellung in meinem stoffos.shop durch einen externen Dienstleister hatte dieser die Judge.me App nicht aktualisiert und ich war damit echt überfordert. Ich erhielt Hilfe vom Judge.me Support: Superschneller und unkomplizierter Support via Gastzugang in mein Shopify System , sogar am Sonntag. Das ist echter Kundenservice. Danke an Banh.
