Many features seemed good, but then I discovered, and it's a massive, deal-breaking BUT...If a customer unsubscribes from receiving reviews request etc emails via judge.me from a PARTICULAR store, then they are unsubscribed from ALL stores. A person should be unsubscribing from receiving requests from a particular store only. If I knew this I would never have joined the paid plan. Surely this can be resolved?! Who in their right mind would pay for such a system...

My experience with Judge.me so far has been great. After I contacted the developers about some translation issues with Bulgarian they quickly responded with the great idea to use my help as a native speaker to make the translations feel natural. In response to that I was gifted 3 months of free premium access which is wonderful. Overall support has always been really quick to respond on any questions and need for help. Documentation is also really good and the tool itself is really easy to navigate and integrate.
