One minor feedback is to make it easier for customers to upload photos/videos. Some people had some difficulties (could be file size issue). Its just an amazing app for reviews you can literally do any setting of reviews you want to. I have been using it from past one year. I does everything I want. The plus point of this app is their chat support is just beyond expectation. they can literally solve your problem a mint. always available. highly recommended

Great app. We left thinking the grass was greener. It's NOT. They are very helpful and got the reviews from the interim company uploaded quickly even with some formating issues.

As someone who is tech-challenged, the chat support I received honestly was a game changer. I had practical assistance the whole way through, Highly recommend on the customer service alone! Fantastic addition to my store.

I really like how this app helps me get verified reviews from real customers. The help support team is very reactive. I'm happy with it so far. The paid plan is too expensive for me, so I have downgraded it. I hope to upgrade again soon.

I tried a few others and didn't really like the way they landed on my page. with judge.me it was quick, easy, and very simple to tailor to my shop's needs. would definitely recommend if you're unsure of which app to use, and if it is your first time using a rating app... as I have tried a few and this one has been the best so far in my opinion.
