Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

I've been using Judge.me for about a year now. The app is excellent! I'm on the Awesome plan - which has all the features I could possibly need. I am able to customize everything I want via their many widget settings, so reviews & requests match my branding. I also appreciate that it is SO easy to see exactly what's happening with all review requests and submitted reviews. It's very clear where each order is in the process of review requests. As far as I can tell, Judge.me has been sending out all of the correct review requests - I haven't noticed any missed requests. One thing I like is that if a request is not going to be sent for some reason, the app will tell me why - and, importantly, let me over-ride that and send a review request anyway if desired. I do use Klaviyo, but for now I've left my review requests coming from Judge.me. I've also set up Judge.me to sync my review feed to my Google Merchant Center, so my reviews will show up on Google Shopping. Google Rich Snippets and the Google Shopping reviews are so important for any business. For me, support has been excellent. Any time I've had a question or issue, they have responded quickly and actually fixed the issue. Even when it's not "their fault" they have provided me with fixes. E.g, fixes to workaround a couple of problems with my Theme. I appreciate that level of support and their quick turnaround. Many other app developers - and my Theme's developers(!) - won't help at all if they suspect the problem is not "their fault". It's especially bad with my Theme (Flex), as they won't even look at an issue that occurs with any app - they punt to the app developers (which is the definition of poor support!). I just read some of the recent 1 & 2 star reviews about poor support and setup being difficult. I'm confused by that, as I've had nothing but quick and very helpful support (from a number of different people over the past year). And, I thought the setup was straightforward. I will say, there are a LOT of settings you can adjust - so maybe it's overwhelming to people who are not comfortable with that level of detail. Personally, I'm very comfortable with all the settings and like that I can adjust just about anything to be the way I want it for my brand. I also like that they are fully Shopify OS2.0. Makes it much easier to integrate via the Theme Admin. Before switching to Judge.me a year ago, I used a couple of other review apps for a few years. I have been much happier since I switched. I am a small biz and can't afford to pay the very expensive monthly app subscription some major review apps charge to get the features you need to grow in e-commerce. Those plans look like they are reasonable in price, until you realize there are key features you need (e.g., Google rich snippets, Google Shopping Reviews, importing reviews from other sales channels, integration with Klaviyo, your own branding, etc.) that push you into a much more expensive plan level. Finally, one important feature I required that Judge.me has... I sell my products on other sales channels and need to upload the reviews from those channels so all my reviews are together. Thankfully, I can do that with Judge.me. I appreciate that they will validate my product reviews from other channels. That's so important and helpful! Plenty of other review apps will not do that. OK, I feel like a Judge.me salesperson! LOL! Truly, I have no vested interest in their business. :) I just like this app. It does what I need, it has more features for me to grow into, and personally, I've had great success with support. I had trouble setting up the app due to my custom Shopify theme. The support staff were amazingly patient and extremely knowledgeable of their product. They were able to spend about 2 hours with me online getting it all setup. I fully recommend using this app even if it is only for the excellent support you will receive. The free plan is great, but I will definitely upgrade once I have more reviews coming through.

The only review app you need. I own and run 6 stores, all use Judge.me. Ive tried most others and always come back. The free plan is amazing, the paid plan is a must if you want google shopping. Boom...
