This app is fantastic. I'm new to shopify and apps, and i downloaded a different review app but it was not clear how to use it and i felt overwhelmed. I decided to try Judge.me product reviews and they helped me with the set up for my shop and answered my questions quickly and easily. The customer service is fabulous. I would 100% recommend this app!

Dang was awesome at helping me out! Judge.me is my first app I have installed to my online store and it was simple to navigate and play with the settings for the most part. Dang was able to instant message me and explain further settings that I was not aware of and provided screenshots of the app to provide me with a better understanding of how to navigate it. The help I was given definitely lifted some weight off my shoulders because he installed the app to my store and so far I've had to do many things on my own for my online store. Wonderful! I'm using it on all my stores since it's basically the best free reviews app out there, pretty customizable aswell. Support team is also great.

I love this app. It makes the customizing and adding review widgets everywhere in my shop super easy. Very convenient and user-friendly setting with helpful instructions plus a very nice and fast in-app customer support. Only using the free plan right now but with the good experience I´ll probably upgrade to the paid plan when needed.

Really appreciate how well thought out and robust this app is for product reviews. It's the best I've been able to find in terms of features and support. I am fairly new to the app, but I've already collected almost 20 great reviews for products that I believe will show real social proof to new customers and give them confidence in my shop. I think people worry about buying from shops that are new who they don't know, and Judge Me gives those people the sense of security that clients need before spending their hard earned money. Appreciate what these people are doing and will be paying for this app for the foreseeable future.

Still I am doing setting up the application. I found some setting issues, but Judge.me has supper supportive staff, I am in Japan, literally we should have very huge time gap, but regardless of the time difference, I am getting fullest support from the staff. I am going use it and once get revenue with shop, I am going to get the subscription. Thanks guys, keep it up.
