Good customer services

Very helpful. I asked the customer service staff about any problems I had and they answered them patiently and solved them quickly. Very good.

it's a little difficult to change the reviews, because you only can change 30 characters at once. BUT IF YOU NEED ANY HELP, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT.

App rocks !

Very basic free feature set. Something as simple as changing what product a review is associated with is not possible (requires reimporting reviews or contacting support ). A page show casing your reviews, not possible. Review import is basic and sometime delayed with when reviews actually post. As with most money hungry Shopify apps, the juice is not worth the squeeze. Judge Me support team was excellent. I was having a hard time getting the review app to show on the website and they got it working in a matter of minutes.

There were some things that were problems with the app. I wrote to them at customer service and they solved them right away. Van helped me, I was very happy with how the functions look on my website now.
