Affordable review option with great support. Could improve the backend setup area to make it more user friendly, its a little confusing to figure things out but overall good value for money.

One thing that really sets Judge.me apart from other review platforms is the ability to automate review requests. This has been a huge time-saver for me and has helped me collect more reviews than I ever could have done manually

Quality app. It simply works and loads quickly. Everything a review app should be. Support is the best of any SAAS I've worked with. 100% recommend.

Prompt customer service. The app needs a lot of customization before fully adapted in your store. So you need to reach out to the customer service first and let them make changes before put them on live. It takes time, but you will get what you expected. If you use Pagefly or other 3rd party product page build tool. You will need more patience and let them change the review request for you. Great customer service, the app has room to improve. 5 stars for the customer service.
