The app installation was amazingly easy thanks to Han. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have been using the free plan with Judge.me for a little bit and never had any issues. Then one day one of my customers we delivered directly to opted to leave a review there on the spot through the button on our website. When we got back from our delivery we had gotten an email saying that the review wasn't verified. When we looked into this we found out the reason why was because they used their icloud email address to leave the review and their gmail for the order. Otherwise the addresses were exactly the same. We contacted the customer support and explained the situation and they were accommodating and went above and beyond! After a bit of proof via screenshots, they manually verified the review! Definitely the best free review app and we are considering upgrading to the paid plan for even more features!
