This app has the absolute best Customer Service I have ever experienced. They get back to you right away and are extremely receptive to whether ever your problem or request is. Right now I have the free version of this app and I'm very happy with it, but may upgrade in the future. It is a great app and I highly recommend it.

We use Judge.me in a number or ways. CS tickets, collecting product reviews & displaying them on our website, etc. The few times I have had to reach out to support they have been able to help right away.

I've been using Judge.me for a few years now. The app is easy to use and I love that it now automatically syncs reviews with Etsy. Customer service is quick and friendly! The new and updated features are great.
