Dang was super helpful! I used Yotpo before, but found out Judge.me has all the features that I want even with better price and excellent customer service. So I switched to Judge.me right away. Great app with a billion of functionalities. UX could be improved. However, their support is absolutely outstanding!

We just recently launched our business and I was looking for a solution to display our Amazon reviews on our new webpage and stumbled upon Judge.me. Within seconds of installing the app, I received a message from the "chat bot", or so I thought, however it was an actual person! I can't begin to tell you how refreshing it was to speak to an actual person and not have to go through automated chat prompts that eventually lead you to a FAQ landing page. What transpired over the next few minutes was probably the best customer service experience I've had in quite a long time. Ron was able to troubleshoot all of my issues and even went so far as to customize the app to match our storefront colors. Ron, thank you for the incredible customer service experience. You truly rock!
