Great service. Very quick and helpful

Impressive customer service. Assistance can be received within minutes initially from AI, but then also by a live operator if required. I installed the app just a few days ago and reviews are coming in nicely. I have been able to customise the look of the reviews on my site and tailor the email templates to match branding and style

I updated my products images to reflected the ones with better quality for the same product. However, the reviews were not migrated to new images. Ron from Judge.me made it easy. He was patience and understanding as went through some frustrations, while he was fixing the issue for me. Much appreciated Ron. Well done.
