Customer support is insanly fast and know his stuff. I can only recommend this app, I use it in all my store

This app has been a great addition to our Shopify store. It makes reviews extremely easy and helps give our products and site legitimacy with other potential customers as they can easily see what other people think about our apparel line. The support team is fast in implementing and we've had nothing but a great experience with this. Would definitely recommend it as a must have app if you like having real life customers reviews that are expertly verified.

first of all, im having trouble adding the preview badge code into my theme, i couldnt get to find the {{ product.title }} element. Then i felt so helpless until i reached out to judge.me customer support, the guy named hamza is a very nice guy, he initially told me where's the element located and yea im still confused where to add the code, he then straight away helped me to add the code in. what a nice guy Hamza!

I am not great with back office stuff but I contacted Judge.Me to assist with setting certain things up and they were patient and very helpful!

I did a lot of research on review apps and finally chose the Judge.Me app. However, after installing the paid app without hesitation, I ran into a roadblock when I couldn't find the URL for our logo. That's when I decided to reach out for online chat support. Ron was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire setup process. I installed the Judge.me app years ago for my online clothing business. I have always been happy with the product and options available in the FREE plan. Recently I updated my theme and needed assistance with moving over a part of the review widget after install. I emailed support and within a few hours Hakima responded and fixed my problem on the backend! I was so appreciative of their help and expertise, and the fact that support responded to my request within hours was amazing! Thank you so much! Myself and my business are so grateful for this app!

Really reactive and helpful team (does coding for you)! The app features are nice and the interface good too. I wish there would be the Klaviyo integration on the basic plan but nothing is perfect. Overall I recommend the app for reviews and UGC. It is the best I found in this category.

the app is not that simple but the customer service is great if you have any problem go ask them they reply fast and they solve every problem
