Update 3: Judge.me is a great reviews platform! Inevitably, with regular theme updates on Shopify, things need slight adjustments in code to ensure they still look great. Support is always only a few seconds away. This time Felix worked hard on the issues I came with and made everything looks great again after my theme update. Thanks Felix! Update 2: Literally had my problem solved (theme issue) within a minute of contacting support. Would give more than 5 stars if I could simply for the customer service! The speed of service is actually unbelievable. Original Review: Looks great. Simple to integrate with my Shopify theme and fantastic support! I had a bug on my theme with the cursor showing up weird in the widget so I sent a message to support and it was fixed in a couple of minutes. Thank you!

I have been using this application for about a week, moved over from a different product. This has some great features! I was struggling with the look of the review page and how long and narrow it was. It would not ask for a "load more" or to go to a new page. I messaged support and had Mohamed assist me. In under 5 minutes he had it all gussied up for me and looking just like I had dreamed! It looks wonderful and he was very easy and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this app so far as I have had nothing but good things to say with it.

New to Judge.me but so far experiencing the functionality on the website GREAT. Mohammed assisted greatly and his service is fast and on point. The only downside is the Review Request Email format for Outlook emails is scrambled and not working, even though template setup and editing is great, the actual email delivered is far from it (work on other platforms) - Hope they can sort that one out soon. If they do, then it's a full on 5 star!

I haven't started using the app for real yet as my store isn't launched, but I've been in touch with the support team a couple of times with questions around set up and they've been super helpful and very quick to respond. Really impressed so far!

Don't normally leave reviews, which is kind of ironic being the store owner installing a reviews app which is so very important to ones success. That being said, spoke with Abderrahim and an awesome experience. Had an issue, identified it, fixed it and followed up. All in one chat conversation. Incredible level, and quality, of customer care! We opted for the auto-installation which resulted in the reviews widget appearing on the product page and again in our apps section when manually added. We reached out to them to see if they could assist us in removing the option from the product block. In less than 10 minutes, we received an email response stating that they had removed the widget from our product section and requested that we verify the change - it was exactly what we were looking for!
