The app is great! Customer service is excellent and very timely. I've had no issues with getting the help I've needed.

I really love this app, it gathers reviews easier and allows you to input them into your store with little fuss. If you do struggle with anything there is an instore chat allowing you to resolve issues really quickly.

There are so many ways to customize your shop reviews, even if you only have the free account. Customer service is really helpful as well. I particularly love the export and import feature for the reviews, I allows me to save so much time. Love the app

I just got help from the Support team installing the app into my theme. Felix was just unbelievably helpful and the one who helped me the most and made sure I got the reviews where I wanted them. Even though it wasn't the easiest as a task, he fixed it. He is really knowledgeable and incredibly talented and helpful. As up to now the app seems to fulfill all my needs for my store! I do recommend it to everyone.
