Simple app with good features and helpful support team!

The customer support on this app is excellent — quick, responsive, and very helpful whenever issues come up. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience using it. However, the performance could be improved during peak seasons, as things can slow down when traffic is high. In addition, the current limit on picture review uploads makes it harder to manage large batches efficiently. With these improvements, the app would be perfect.

Brian was fantastic! I was having trouble with some things because I'm old and not computer savvy, but he got me on track and the issue resolved, all with such kindness!!
