Multiple times asked about the question searches in the backend section for to 2years but have not received any solutions. Tasnim was friendly, responsive, and very helpful in resolving an issue with a duplicate review. I had hidden one so the same review wouldn’t appear twice, but it unintentionally lowered my transparency score. Tasnim addressed it quickly and made the process easy. I’m very satisfied with the support!
