Its the best review app for a reason... Their support team is damn good! 10/10 Also Judge.me is one of the most widely compatible apps to integrate with other apps, every Shopify store should consider it before anything else. We love Judge.me!

Big fans. Love the way this works for us.

The way the reviews are displayed is really clear and add's so much more transparency to the online shop. It's great for customers to be able to see what others have said about the product's we are selling. Often really positive things which just makes everyone feel good, including the potential customers and also the shop owner and team behind the products :) Judge me is a great app, we are on the free plan for now, but once we start generating more profit I would love to see what the paid versions can do. Thanks to the team who were also really helpful with any queries I had when everything suddenly disappeared after switching website themes. A very simple fix, just needed to reactivate things again my end and back to all the reviews being displayed well again. Five stars.

I’ve been using Judge.me for a while now, for managing reviews on my store. The app is easy to set up, and really helps showcase customer feedback effectively. On top of that, their support team is incredibly helpful and responsive—any questions or issues I had were solved quickly. Highly recommend!

Lots of really great features and at a great price

We have been using the App (paid plan) for months now. Functionality and front end are okay, but the backend literally is unusable due to constant pop ups and spam. Sad to say, but we'll consider moving on.

Judge.me was very quick to respond to my question, and persisted in asking me questions, working behind the scenes, and correcting the situation - really great customer service! Why I gave only 4 stars: their response was that their widget was taking longer to update and I would just have to wait for it to update - it had already been over a month :(

My initial impressions are excellent! The app offers extensive functionality even on the free plan, which is perfect for new stores. Most importantly, the support is exceptional. I received an instant reply from a human agent at 4 AM my time, who quickly helped resolve complex questions about review import. Reliable 24/7 support is a game-changer. Highly recommended!A
