Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

What impressed me most was the staff they have been super helpful. I found it difficult to upload the reviews from another app but they were so helpful. The reviews look great on the website, cant wait to see the new ones come in!

I am happy with the app, although I had a little trouble manually uploading reviews, but this led me to contact customer service which I was very impressed with. They were very attentive, always responded quickly, and helped us work through multiple little problems to get the reviews uploaded as soon as possible. What is left to be desired in the app, they make up for in great customer service.

I have had this app for a long time, and it has always been amazing. I didn't need support until recently, and I just found out they're great. Use them! You won't regret it.

Amazing app and amazing support. We'd been having some issues with the new shopify imaging updates and the review carousel on our website wasn't showing correctly. I managed to speak to Cesar at Judge.Me support right away via there live chat function on the website and he had it sorted in no time. Really fantastic app, and amazing people!

I like the options for customization and trying different things to get people ot leave reviews. I wish there was some help videos.

I evaluated a number of different review apps for my site. Ultimately, I decided to go with Judge.me and I could not be happier with my decision and experience. Hands down, Judge.me has surpassed all of my expectations. The customer support is excellent and the reviews have definitely helped my site increase sales. If you are considering a review app, I would not hesitate in choosing Judge.me. It is one of the best decisions I have made. Update: I am still using judge.me and even after being a customer for the past couple of years judge.me continues to provide excellent service. Awesome company with outstanding service!!!

I just have one thing to say and that is the customer support is insanely amazing. I have zero knowledge on how to integrate let along transfer over from another app. Lous was incredible. His patience was that of the saints and we literally spent the entire afternoon together transferring and setting up review ap and going through back end stuff to get us ready for Google Shopping. THERE is no way I would have ever been able to do this or would even have considered doing it but not for the hand-holding and attention I received. The app works great and I'm excited to see how it works with Google Shopping! Thank you so much!

Only use for 2 weeks but it's been great so far. The chat actually works unlike those big names' apps

We've been live with Judge.me for about 3 weeks and we absolutely LOVE IT! It's easy to navigate, but when we have needed help (on Central European Time) it's been fast coming and of high quality. The app has given our store front a real positive lift in terms of its 'social proof' with new customers and historic customers alike being very willing to submit reviews. Our first couple of weeks we did for free, but now we have upgraded to the paid version. It's worth it. Chris
