Someone recommended this app to me, and I'm so glad I tried it! I've been putting off adding reviews to my shop for a long time and if I had known it was this easy, I would have done it sooner. I upgraded to the $15/month plan so that I could customize the settings and the email templates (I think it's really important that the review emails be branded with my logo and use "my voice" so that people know it's not spam and are therefore more encouraged to leave a review). I needed help uploading my logo to the email template, and the support team replied really quickly and solved my issue easily. Highly recommend adding this to your store to increase social proof and encourage potential buyers to add to cart!

After you delete the app, the code stays there and it messed up my site. I contacted support yet they still haven't answer yet. Garbage! I have not received any phone call from you guys, I did email you 24 hours before my review yet no one replied. This review is intended for Judge.me and not any other app. I had to hire someone clean the mess your app caused after I deleted it.

Love this app, it has made collecting reviews a "set it and forget it" experience, and customer support is great! (use the chat on review.me, don't send an email). Interface can be a little clunky, but that's overshadowed by the excellence with which this app does its job. Lots of great integrations, and plenty of options. And "Premium" is only $15/mo, well worth it if your sales are up!

The support for Linh has been amazing. We went back and forward a few times today trying to get a couple of issues sorted for me. Each communication was professional and progressed us toward a 100% resolution. I have been using the app successfully for quite some time and it was the first time I needed assistance. I have no hesitation in recommending the app and support to other business owners.

Waow. I never leave reviews. But seriously. The customer support is outstanding. I literally sent a question to the support team, hoping the could fix my issue, and within like 3 minutes they not only helped fix a something that was to do with the review integration, but also fixed something completely unrelated to their app for me. Not only is the customer support great, but the app is super easy to install and use. It pretty much does it all for you. You just have to go in and customize everything to your liking. Couldn't recommend this app more at this point. Thank you for the help!

I have this app installed on two stores. Whenever I need help - they are quick to answer and fix any issues I might be having.

very good app and support are helpful. Looking forward to activating all features. Takes a bit of time to set up but it is all good now working properly. Overall Im happy with judge and will be using it for our future stores. Great App!

Theres a reason this app has like 99.9999% percent 5 star reviews. I haven't even upgraded to the paid version and the support has been amazing. Came from Orankle, and they wouldn't even send me my exported reviews because they didn't want me to leave. Needless to say I've been copying each on over individually and this app support has been helping me all the way. Im going to upgrade to the paid version not even because I think I need it but because I feel like I owe them from all the help lol

Hands free install. Had to make some edits manually but that's because I'm using a non-standard theme. Still have some work on blending the look and feel but out of the box the functionality is awesome and the presentation is perfectly fine. Worlds better than the Shopify app and should be one of the "must install" apps for every shop.

I love this app. I changed my theme and it was automatically added without me annually doing it . I was alittle hesitant due to the fact I had a lot more options but I am kind I choice this one.
