The best customer service I've ever met. Their prompt responses are so impressive. Every time that I come to their support box, whenever it is, there is always someone replying to you shortly. And they are very warm and patient, always give me a practical solution so that I can fix up my problem, even though sometimes, it is a misunderstanding situation. Really appreciate their work and love this app as it is quite easy to operate and the efficiency is outstanding, especially when you do a bulk upload and transfer all the data from an old site to a new one. Keep up the great work ya'll.

This app does pretty much everything what some other ridiculous company that charges several hundreds of dollars even a thousand dollars at a fraction of the cost for the website I manage www.knowstyleusa.com The chat support is very helpful and prompt most of the time. I highly recommend this app.

I like a lot the app for all the features it offers and the price which is quite competitive compare to the other apps we can find on the market. And I have tested a lot of them! I take out one star because of the complexity to set-it up as we really want it to be. But the support is amazing. They really took time to change the code for me in order to have it exactly the way I wanted. Thanks a lot to Hasan and Francisco for the great help. Great app and very fair prices! Integrates better than any other review app we tried, and we tested quite a few! Have all the functionality and features we need plus more. The support is super helpful when you need them. Judge.me have generated lots of reviews for us which really help sales / conversion ...AND they imported all reviews from our old shop. Tested almost all the review apps, by far the best one. Had a little problem with a specific setting, texted support and had a reply in less than 2 minutes. 10/10 recommended!

Excellent support and app. Very intuitive setup and if not sure support is quick to respond and get things fixed up :) Also using for Google Shopping Product Feed - much easier than figuring out manually. Highly recommend for the additional features and support.

I absolutely love this app for reviews on my site! It has so many features and works beautifully. The email reminders to customers definitely help to get those reviews coming in, and I love that the ratings show up in my Google search results. The few times I have needed help with implementation or to fix small issues, the support has replied quickly and fixed any problems right away. I won't run my business without this app going forward!

LET ME TELL YOU WHAT PEOPLE. I HAVE BEEN TO HELL AND BACK WITH DAMN REVIEW SOFTWARE. I've tried them ALL and NO ONE has support like Judge.me. Daniel and Annie are STARS I TELL YOU. They just MAKE IT HAPPEN. None of this "let me talk to my colleagues" and then never getting back to you. None of this "oh, that review software will cost you $10,000." The JUDGE.ME TEAM IS CHANGING THE DAMN GAME AND I AM HERE. FOR. IT.

Love this app and support is immediate and helpful. I also link my reviews to each product, so customers can see good reviews every time they view a product. Thoroughly recommend this app :)
