The app works great. Also the support is really good. I was looking to place the review widget on a page I build that was all html. I was having some problems getting the widget to work so i sent an email off to support and that same night they gotten back to me with exactly what I needed to do. Support team is really good and very timely. This is a must add to your Shopify site.

Wow, I was manually emailing review requests before this app. Love the automation, the dashboard is relatively self-explanatory and customer service has been really helpful at clearing up any issues I had.

Very easy to install and awesome customer support! I had a little trouble with importing the CSV file from Etsify and contacted Judge.me via chat. I was instantly connected and they fixed my CSV file for import. Overall great experience with support. The reviews looks great in my store. Thanks for the help!

The application is seamless. If you have any questions the "Judge me" team are quite expeditious in giving you the assistance you need. Definitely recommend.

Aside from displaying customers reviews in a trusted way and integrating with various popular app, this app is perfect for submission of feed to Google Shopping, this is really underrated as other review apps are charging hundreds for the same functionality, but on top of all the support which is like nothing we've ever seen. It seems they would take the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. They actually dealt with Google directly on our behalf to ensure our feed will be approved. Successful companies are the ones who make customers fall in love with, just like we did with judge.me . Highly recommended.

I used the Judge.me app to build trust and to showcase our customer service to new customers. A spin-off was the customer engagement we were able to get through the app with those leaving a review. Our staff now comment directly to reviewers and the whole process shows we don't just talk about service - we care about it too. A great value add app.
