Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

We've been using shopify for nearly 6 years now and finally decided to try something other than the default shopify reviews app. We tried stamped as that had the most recommendations but their app was buggy and not very customize able. Loading was slow, the entire app felt very sluggish and impacted the performance of our store. Enter in Judge.me, we decided to give this app a shot based on a lot of the other good reviews that were here. We saw that it was a "newer" kid on the block so to speak, and boy does this app feel snappier! Tons more customization, the knowledge base is actually useful. You shouldn't need any other app. My only complaint about it is I wish there was a way to prioritize the least reviewed product that a customer ordered in the single review email template. Anyhow, take it from us. We've been using shopify for 6 years and we've only ever reviewed 3 apps. That goes to show how well we regard judge.me as an app.

Probably the best customer support I have had using any app with Shopify! A much better priced option than other options

We've gone through 100's of apps, but this is the first review I'm leaving because the team at Judge.me is that good. Complex problems, coding, customization, and issues that would take me hours or days to do myself were knocked out by them in no time. With no wait time on the customer support chat either. It's a great product, this goes without saying, but the real review is for the team behind it. Shout out to Leonardo for being an absolute, yet humble, expert.

This was great so I upgraded to the paid plan and I got my first review today although the order was a while ago.

Support were a great help - easy to install and import reviews from other apps. Recommended. Pricing is great. Switched from Yotpo

It's a very good review app, easy to use and works without any flaws. Their support staff is also very friendly and helping! Recommended.

I've tried a bunch of review apps in the past and nothing beats this one. The price point as well as the customer service has been nothing but superb. I used their live chat feature and Cesar was very quick to trouble shoot my problems. As for the app itself, the interface is wonderful and simple to use. The $15 price point for the features is well worth the price. The customization aspects allow you to integrate the reviews exceptionally well with your product site.

App doesn't support Review Widget Automatic Placement inside the Tab section. I am using Shoptimed theme and if I make any changes to the theme, Review widget gets duplicated or pop-up out of the tab section. The team has to disable automatic Review Widget placement and if I make any changes to the theme, I have to request the support team for manually placing the widget inside the tab section.

An excellent App, that makes the reviews process simple and provides some useful integrations and advanced settings. Well worth the investment.

Does exactly what I needed it to do for WAY cheaper than the other review apps. Their customer service is also top-notch and they were able to do some custom stuff for me without a complaint. Worth way more than the $15. I highly recommend Judge.Me over the other apps.

I love how often Judge.me improves the product on top of the already great core functionality. My favorite integration is with AfterShip so we can send review requests to people soon after the product has arrived. We have a steady flow of reviews coming in for Chess House as a result. Also like that its priced far below competitors.

Pretty good review to show social proof and encourage customer trust. I think it improves our site a substantial amount. Eager to see even more feedback

Very happy with this app. The price is great, and since we can now send out emails requesting reviews, we've been getting reviews back from about 5–10% of our customers. Here's a few tips just in case anyone out there runs into any of the same problems I did: I had some trouble with designing the review request email because I was testing them using my work email, which I view in Outlook. When I came across this article https://mailchimp.com/help/my-campaign-looks-bad-in-outlook/ , I finally figured out what was going on. So use something like gmail to test your review request emails. Also, I had to move around the review widget in our page template, which caused the aggregate rating to not display (in other words, the stars won't show up on Google search results). The Judge.Me staff fixed this problem for me, and were very nice and helpful. So just make sure to test product pages with the Google structured data testing tool. Overall, a fantastic app! Update: Some months after getting this app, something changed and parts of the review widget wound up too close together. Not a big deal, just looked a little messy. I contacted JudgeMe support, and Leonardo fixed the problem promptly. Thanks!

Very easy to install and use. Lots of flexibility without over-complicating things. Easy to automatically or manually send out review requests. Has helped my business a lot. I RARELY need tech support because it is so easy to use, but when I do have a question, tech support is there with great assistance.

I used this app for review widgets and it is the best one that I have ever used. I liked especially their carousel widget. All the Shopify store owners I highly recommend this app !

The app is easy to use. It is amazing that it's free, yet has so many functions available. I'm considering to upgrade in the near future to the Awesome plan for only $15 per month! I've tried Shopify reviews and Yotpo, but Judge.me is way better in my opinion. Shopify Reviews lack of trust and control, you can't send email or keep track of your customers, and Yotpo is very limited due to the restriction based on the number of purchases. Judge.me has also an amazing support service! A must have for me :)
