I have tried a few review apps, this review app is the best one i have used. It looks good on my theme, and review and quedtion widet is very useful. Their after sale service is one of the best, they reply immediately after my receiving my email. I recommend judgeme...

After moving our store over to Shopify, we decided to switch our review provider from another provider to Judge.me. The main factors influencing our decision were Judge.me’s more reasonable pricing plans and their wider range of features (particularly SEO features). Once we started using them, we also found their support services to be very accessible at all hours and they responded promptly to queries and requests (Thanks Leonardo!). Their help pages are also very clearly laid out which is another bonus. We decided on their Awesome plan, which integrates reviews into Google Shopping. We’ve only just set that up, but will update in two weeks when it is fully functional.

This app is very good for Reviews, I was using another one and I just switched to this ona and I love it! Even their Free plan is good, I can’t imagine how is the paid one! I was also very surprised with their Customer service, very fast, and they fixed all of my problems and answered all my questions! 100% would recommend.

I'm a really big fan of this app. I use it to email my customers asking them to review a product. It triggers to send 1 day after the delivery confirmation. My favorite part, the customer can write their review and select their star rating right in their email. I love anything with fewer clicks. Highly recommended!

Wow, can't believe I suffered so long without this! I should have had this ages ago. So many bells and whistles. Bonus, it is all laid out logically so even without youtubing a help video I had it set up in no time.

TERRIBLE APP!!!! NEVER EVER USE THIS APP IF YOU HAVE VARIANTS!!! I added this app before black Friday to ask for more reviews as they send an email automatically and I wanted that feature. It's only when one of my customers told me he couldn't choose the variant he wanted that I found out it was making the choice of variants get bugs! After spending hours trying to find what was wrong, I found out that it was this f**** app that was making everything bug. I missed many many sells due to this problem! NEVER USE THIS APP if you have variants in your product!!! To reply to the reply. I didn't ask the support to help me as I found out that the app was responsible for the problem. Easy problem to solve when you remove all your apps one by one, so I was not really willing to give the support a chance to handle the problem I admit... But happy to show you what happened as I took picture and sent them to the testament them support as I thought the problem was coming from there. I checked on your app since I found on a forum that other website had the same issue with your app. But we can still discuss if course

UPDATE: The team has been really helpful and created customs script to address my needs. Don't hesitate to reach out to them if you have any issue, there is a 5 star customer support team behind this app! --------------- A good app but they just dropped their integration with Langify, so there is no way to translate the front-end texts generated. If you are managing a multi-language store, this app is not for you!

Great support and always very helpful. Asked them a few support questions and they replied within minutes and also applied the fix for me.
