Being a full-time web designer, I've been through too many apps to count, review ones especially. Judge.me has a super easy-to-use dashboard interface. You'll never have to search too hard to find what you need, including support from the Judge.me team. Support, as with most apps, is key to making my job an easier one. Everyone I've discussed issues with has been prompt, professional, and has given their maximum efforts to assist. I thoroughly appreciate them, this app, and all the wonderful features it has. Really great app, was so easy to set up and customise to fit the look of our store. The Judge.me team also imported all of our existing Trustpilot product reviews really quickly at the click of a button. We've only had this app installed on our store for a couple of days thus far, but so far so good! We sent out a handful of automated emails to all customers from the past couple of months and the response has been great. Very excited to begin collecting photos with our reviews too. Would definitely recommend. (And can I just take a second to talk about how affordable it is compared to other solutions - and with seemingly more features?! 5*)

Amazing reviews app with a tonne of useful and automation features at an unbelievably affordable price relative to other review apps with similar features! much recommended.

This is a great app; it's just what I needed. It looks great on my website and I love that it sends emails to customers automatically to request a review. However, I wish there was a function where it would automatically send emails to thank customers for writing a review. Currently, we have to manually do it ourselves. I hope jJudgeme adds this must needed feature.

I transferred to this App from another review app that did´t provide all the functionalities I was hoping for. But this one does! On top I have to highlight that the customer service is TOP NOTCH!! I get a response within only 2-4 minutes and changes I have asked for are IMMEDIATELY put into practice. Just wonderful to know that support is there when you need it without any waiting time :))

I transferred from another app to this one as the previous one seemed to deliver review emails into junk. I noticed that with this app we get a lot more reviews. The support is excellent, highly recommend it.

So far really good. I was paying a very premium price for another review app and this one seems much better at a fraction of the cost so i'm really happy. Team have been really helpful as well about getting my ratings in the correct placements on my site and respond really quickly.

Hands down the best review app for Shopify! I rely heavily on customer reviews on my store https://mybeddy.com/ and without this app life would be so much harder! The free plan has Rich Snippets, which helps a lot with SEO and CTR on search engines. It's perfect for those starting out. And when you grow, it's well worth upgrading to Awesome plan for a ton of extra features. Go Judge.me team! :)

Great customer service. Install was a breeze thanks to the live chat function. Looking forward to using this app. Much more robust than the stock shopify app.

I love this app! It does exactly what I want, which is product reviews and displays them really well. The average rating displays neatly on the collection page, and then the individual reviews are available on the product page. The reviews look great on the website, and appear 'integrated' rather than an add-on, with the colours and fonts matching my theme. The app is super easy to install and the support is great. They responded very quickly and were able to make the changes I wanted. Reviews can be left by both online customers (who are prompted by email and then show up as 'verified') and by other customers, which is great as a decent percentage of my sales come from POS at markets/events etc in addition to the online sales. I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for reviews on their website :).

Great for collecting reviews, easy to use, set up and customize along the way. The price is fantastic and the support team is very responsive when (and if) you need them (only had to use them once for a non-critical matter).

I have only had this app for less than 1 day, but it is great so far! Setup was very easy. I upgraded to the Awesome plan immediately since pushing review requests to old customers was my #1 goal with a review app. Browsing my listings looks better now that you can see their hundreds of 5 star reviews :) You can see what it looks like here: https://www.shirepost.com/collections/bestsellers I contacted support to change a setting I couldn't find (my error) and I was walked through the solution within 2 minutes. Super job. EDIT: about 5 days after install. I was able to send 4k emails to past subscribers and have gotten around 400 reviews back, around 10% response rate, which is better than I had expected. The front page widget that scrolls through recent (or manually chosen) reviews looks great! The only downside is that I still haven't seen the reviews show up in Google Shopping listings. I'm going to give it another week or two before investigating further. Number of reviews and ratings appeared in regular Google searches before getting this app.
