Reviews for Judge.me Product Reviews App

I installed this app so I could get my Etsy reviews transferred over to my Shopify Store (13hippo.com). It took a little bit of time to organize my old reviews into Judge.Me's CRV format. But once I did that, everything else was flawless. Support was top notch. This is by far the best and most affordable review app out there. Don't even bother with Shopify Reviews or Yotpo!

Excellent review app for my E-commerce store, loaded with many features at an unbeatable price! Customer support is definitely one of the best without any question. They offer support with blazing fast speed! I highly recommend this app!

Amazing app & amazing support! It has features that programs that are hundreds if not thousands of dollars per month charge. I came from one of these platforms very well known and constantly had issues with it. Needless to say, I think Judge.me will become the go to for verified reviews service and I hop they continue to keep a reasonable pricing structure when they do. They are 10 stars in my book =) Amazing support and customer service!

This review app is outstanding! Very cost effective review app and I love the fact that the Question is part of the plan. The best tech support that I have experienced as well! Very responsive and know what they are doing.

Amazing! They have really fantastic customer service, top of the notch. Email support is very fast, they answer my questions just in 10 minutes and solved every single problem. You don't need to worry about your reviews if you use zipify. They help you out and will not be a problem at all. Do not move another review service definitely! Even their paid plan is affordable. - very flexible and got loads of functions - you can get everything you need with the free version - light and easy to use. I only review extraordinary apps and terrible apps, because I want to help other users to make the right decision, I've got more than 1k reviews so far using this plugin. So far I paid zero $, the value these guys are providing is outstanding, I tried all other plugins, and so far this is the best plugin for Shopify, I got absolutely all functions I need even more than what other paid plugins offer. I'm just so happy using this plugin, and I'm grateful for Judge.me team, you guys are truly remarkable for creating such a great app!

Rapid customer service! I emailed them on a Sunday afternoon, after changing my shop theme and having issues with the display of the review system; by Sunday evening I had an email to say that they have started work on it. We emailed back and forth over the evening and by Monday morning, the app was working and looking better than it ever did. Huge thank you to the support team, and especially for taking the time on a Sunday evening!.

I really was hesitating which review app to choose. After analyzing and additional info requests the team convinced me to choose Judge.me. I recommend it 100%. Lots of features on awesome plan, 24/7 support, nice and ready to help team and in the end not to forget the added value your site should have after all the reviews. Go for it!
