Très très réactif, je vais passer au plan à 15$ dans quelques jours le temps de finir avec mes avis. vous m'avez beaucoup aidé et vous êtes 100 x mieux que Loox pour le service client et je tenez à le dire. Merci encore et n'hésitez pas, car Loox c'est compliqué, trop de paramètres, mais surtout un service client comme des robots qui répondent au bout de 72h, dans le e-commerce l'on veut une reponse à la minute et pas en 3 jours.

Again, I installed Judge.me for my new store. I have tried so many review apps, and I just want to say, this is the greatest one so far!! And the customer service is so amazing!

It's the best app for the e-com world. The support is the best one i seen in my life. Very professionnal. I recommand it.

I installed the app due to no performance, I did not get any results; not one single review from 120 emails that was sent out. I did like the app but, cannot justify paying for an app that did not perform. I want to point out that I was on chat with "Ceasar" and find the customer service 5 stars.

Awesome app, with amazing support. I was going to test out a few different review apps before settling, but I already found everything I need with this one.

Price plan is great compared to other premium review apps, and seems to have just as much functionality. Also, the tech support is incredibly responsive, fast, and polite. Really happy with it so far.

Okay, I was looking for a good review app in a while, as I already had some bad experiences with another app regarding Google Reviews (destroyed my codes). Let me tell you, this JundgeMe App is one of the best decisions I've made: I can't even list, what you CAN DO with this app. The design is exactly how I want it to look on my product page, I have a verified badge on every customer, who could found on my order history with the same email, I can design the E-Mail templates in so many ways and the SUPPORT is insane: very fast, super friendly & they really reply back to your request and not just these auto. replies. They even have a huge detailed dashboard listed every introduction for every setup you need! So you can read everything up. I am totally happy and thanks for your great work guys! Good job!

Every Shopify store must use this app! We've been a Yotpo user for years (yeah, we were still paying $30/month - that just shows you how long we've been using it) - but with our new US store opening last year we couldn't afford the $1200/m price tag of adding a second Yotpo subscription where we could display images and syndicate reviews between stores... so I went looking for an alternative... Judge.Me has turned out to be by far the best Reviews App I've come across - even side by side with Yotpo. We now have all the functionality (photos, FB feed, multi-store syndication...) of a $1200/m Yotpo sub for $30 (2x stores)/m!! I almost feel like paying them a little more because I feel guilty... Anyway, enough excitement - awesome customisation and integration is seamless. You guys rock. Thankyou :)
