I used to chase reviews, the automation makes it easy and my customers seem to respond to the email sent out because my reviews have grown very quickly. It's worth it to upgrade to the paid version. Not much money and it makes such a difference in how your email looks.

Very good service. Their support is always quick and on top of any of the rare issues that may come up. Overall have had great success. Install was easy. I would like if more features were free, but that's ok.

I loaded this app to help with getting reviews and has already started working. When I needed support they replied promptly and answered my question in a way I could understand.

Judge is a must-have an app for all stores. Customers will purchase the product(s) once they are sure others are satisfied with your products. The app works great (even on the basic - free plan) the same as their support. Our recommendations!

Love it, super easy to setup. Works great. I do get occasional spam reviews which is very weird but I simply HIDE them (do not publish them). I was also able to import all of my old reviews from WEEBLY via CSV and ones I imported into SHOPIFY as well. super easy! If you have reviews from outside of Shopify and you can create a CSV file (they provide you with a template I believe) you can easily import them.

Easy to use, works well with themes that other apps are unable to. Great customer support .

I love this app. I'm still exploring but the customer service is amazing and I love how the widget looks on the storefront for mobile and desktop. I've gone through a few but I think Judge.me has a customer for life!
