Judge.me is easy to install and use. Any issues we had at the beginning were promptly resolved by their customer service staff. We have been getting heaps more reviews from customers using their automatic email reminder system. Being able to reply to review publicly is also fantastic as it helps give our customers more confidence to purchase from us. Wonderful app! Thank you.

WOW! An app with a service team! I moved my reviews over from Yotpo and couldn't be happier with my decision. I get everything and more with Judge.me and their onboarding process was quick and painless. I imported all of my existing reviews, and with the help of their excellent support staff, had the account up and running in the blink of an eye. Recommended to all!

Not only do I love this app, their customer support is AWESOME!! I had some problems importing and they were johnny on the spot to get back to me. Excellent company with a great service.

I have have been using this app for six months now and it meets all my expectations. More importantly, the support team has exceeded my expectations with surprisingly prompt responses and helpful instructions to perform some great customization. But today was particularly remarkable. A few days ago I accidentally deleted a product collection which was not recoverable. Re-creating the products was not a problem, but all those valuable reviews were lost. Some back-forth emails to explain the issue, and they did some heroic coding to recover all my valuable reviews. Sigh. I have come to appreciate that the true measure of these Shopify apps is not simply functionality, but the quality of support you get when things go horribly wrong. They deserve top marks here.

Best review app by far!!!! The app has made so many improvements recently. We used to use Kudobuzz, but they didn't allow us to group products for crossover reviews. This is the main reason we changed, although Judgeme is also much better for other reasons too.

As good as having my own personal coder. I do not know anything about coding. The team at Judge.me has jumped through hoops to provide me with an outstanding review process on my new site. I couldn't have asked for better - and this is on their FREE version!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave one for Judge.me. So I dont have experience with any of the other review apps, but I can say this one is fantastic. It has a ton of great features and different ways to feature reviews, and loads up super fast. I was sold on this app from my initial contact with the customer service team which was thorough and promt in answering all my questions to see if the app would meet my needs. They have gone above and beyond to help get me setup exactly the way I wanted! Highly recommend- and the awesome plan is well worth it. Dont think twice about this one!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. I have had this installed about 3 months now. We would barely get 2 to 3 reviews a month and now get 2 to 3 reviews a day. Have had a couple of issues I needed support for which were handled quickly and easily. Definitely recommend!

It is satisfying so far. Easy to install and easy to use. This is very eligible for newbie or for shopify early state of store.
