Very reliable app, even at free plan, but the most important for me is the top-notch customer support!

I was looking for a simple review catcher. This was very simple to install and use so far! Currently trying the free version but will look at the paid version early in 2021.

This app Judge. me was pretty easy to use and super fast. It Is great to import reviews from aliexpress.

I received support twice and both were great. I solved it well even in English, which I am not good at. Thank you!

We use this app for multiple reasons and couldn't operate our store as effectively without it. Installation is very easy and quick. The team are also quick to respond and assist with more complicated issues. The interface is easy to follow, and there are lots of options with regards to communicating with potential customers, rewarding customers, nudging customers, providing clear and honest product evaluation. Judge.me has helped us to convert customers and bring in new ones. Of that, we have no doubt.

The Judge.me app makes it super easy to get reviews posted from customers - reviews look clean on the website and the support team is super responsive. Highly recommend!

Well out of 3k people they have 5* so that says it all! I've raised a few queries with them and some bits I wasn't able to have but Juan has been super helpful not just in helping fix issues I have raised, but also PROACTIVELY contacting me to help me make a change once my original conversation was over. I have to say their response time is super fast. I will definitely be upgrading with these guys once I get the chance.

Good help when needed! I couldn’t start the AliExpress review app because it reloaded everytime and then told me that I needed to clean my cookies or try from another browser. It worked from the Chrome browser.

Free trial customer I'm not even a paid customer yet and the support is just awesome! I had 2 issues with Judge.me and my theme that required some custom CSS, I tried by myself but couldn't do it. I contacted the support on their forum and they added the CSS themselves on my store. On the same day!!! I mean even expensive apps or themes devs could take a few days to reply, I was really impressed by their support. App wise, it' just perfect. The reviews are displayed where they should be, they load fast, and even the free version gives good options to change in the settings. Will definitely buy their upgrade as soon as I will have some sales. Really great support and awesome app!

App seems really good and the support is super fast and helpful even in weekends. Yet to try most of the features but the basic things work really well. The free version seems kind of alright, but it's tempting to get the paid one.

Best app with best support, they have a live chat now if you need a support and the app has lots of feature either free or the upgraded version.
