Great plugins, works like a charm!

Everything is better with Judge, I can't believe I've used another app for reviews for so long, support is helpful and fast but the product price is SO reasonable.

Lorenzo's support was amazing. I had been struggling for a few hours to perform some advanced customizations, but with no success. I contacted support. Lorenzo got everything I wanted fixed in 30 minutes!!

Simple to install & the AI support was top knotch! Walked me through how to add code to correct an issue I was having on the spot. Very helpful.

Overall, Judge.me has been a great experience so far. The support team is truly amazing-super helpful and quick to respond whenever we have questions. That said, we’ve noticed a few quirks, especially around how some reviews still affect our transparency score even when they go against the app’s own guidelines (like using profanity or being unrelated to the product). We’ve always been a little hesitant about review platforms in general since upset customers are usually the ones who leave feedback, while happy customers rarely take the time. But all in all, Judge.me is a solid tool and we appreciate how much the team is doing to make it better.

I had a technical query and needed help with some CSS code. The help via the chat was really good and efficient and solved my issue for me.

I was contacted as soon as they discovered an issue with my email. They provided documentation to me in order to resolve the issue. Once it was successfully resolved, I promptly received an email letting me know it was “fixed”. I love the app and the people behind it are superb!
