I just downloaded this app to my store to set up a recurring subscription product and it's good! It's free, built for Shopify, and user-friendly/intuitive. The customer service is great and Sonny was super helpful and polite. There is some room for improvement: adding conditional logic for cancellation and pause rules would be nice. I would also love it if we could edit the verbiage ourselves and write custom policies without having to reach out to support. That being said, the support team is super helpful and responsive, so it's okay how it is for now. Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! These guys are fantastic!!!! We had a custom theme that did not support any subscription app but Joy figured out how to customize their app to run on our theme and helped us set up all of our products with a subscription option in our store. Abby from their support team was incredibly helpful, professional and proactive in getting us all set up and Andrew from the technical team made it all happen.
